These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the ZeroToForex Android app (the “App”) and the website zerotoforex.com (the “Website”). By downloading or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are

The App and Website are provided by the individual developer publishing as ZeroToForex (“ZeroToForex”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@zerotoforex.com.

2. Educational content only

ZeroToForex is an educational product. All lessons, examples, tools and other content are for general education only.

  • Nothing in the App or on the Website is investment advice, financial advice, a trading signal, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
  • We are not a broker. We do not hold your money and we do not execute trades.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Please read the Risk Disclosure before trading.

Some broker and prop-firm links in the App are affiliate links. If you open an account through them, ZeroToForex may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you. Listing a broker or prop firm is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Do your own research and check the regulation of any firm before you use it.

4. Eligibility

The App and Website are intended for users aged 18 and over.

5. Price

The App is currently free and no payments are processed. Paid plans may be introduced later through Google Play’s billing system. We will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before that happens.

6. No accounts

The App has no user accounts, no login and no registration.

7. Your data

The data you create in the App is stored only on your device. You are responsible for it. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage, the data is deleted and we cannot recover it. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share the App’s content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the App, except where the law allows it;
  • use the App or Website in any unlawful way.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the App and on the Website, including lessons, text, graphics and the ZeroToForex name and logo, belongs to ZeroToForex or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own learning.

10. Content provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your situation. The App, the Website and their content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for decisions you make using the content of the App or Website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to these Terms

When we update these Terms, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the App or on the Website.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of your own country.
