This Privacy Policy explains how ZeroToForex (“ZeroToForex”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the ZeroToForex Android app (the “App”) and the website zerotoforex.com (the “Website”).

1. Who we are

The App and Website are operated by the individual developer publishing as ZeroToForex.

2. Summary

  • ZeroToForex is an educational app. It does not give investment advice and does not execute trades.
  • There are no user accounts, no login and no registration.
  • The App contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking tools. We do not collect or receive personal data through the App.
  • Everything you create in the App stays on your device. The App never uploads it.
  • The Website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Information stored only on your device

The following data stays on your device and is never uploaded by the App:

  • Trading Journal entries and notes.
  • Trade Checklist records and rules.
  • Account-size and risk settings.
  • Custom symbols.
  • Lesson progress, XP and streaks.
  • App preferences, such as language, theme, font size and time-zone settings.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your Android settings deletes this data. We cannot recover it for you. See Delete your data.

Android backup. Android’s Auto Backup may include this on-device data in your own Google account backup and in device-to-device transfers. You control this in your Android settings, and we have no access to these backups.

4. Network activity in the App

The App connects to the internet only to download lesson and catalog content from content.zerotoforex.com. It does this at start-up, about every 12 hours in the background, and when you refresh a screen.

These requests contain no personal data, no device ID and no user ID. Like any internet request, they show your device’s IP address and a basic user-agent string to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes them to deliver the content and protect the service. We do not use this information to identify you.

5. App permissions

The App asks for only these permissions:

  • Internet and network-state access, to download content.
  • Wake lock and start at boot, to schedule the background content update.
  • The Google Play version may also declare the Play billing permission, for paid plans that may be offered in the future.

The App does not request access to your location, camera, contacts, storage, microphone or notifications.

Some links in the App open in your browser or app store, for example broker and prop-firm websites, YouTube lesson videos and app-store pages. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we do not control what they collect.

7. The Website

The Website is hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Cloudflare records standard, aggregated traffic statistics and security logs (such as IP address, country and browser type) to serve and protect the Website.

8. Support emails

If you email support@zerotoforex.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and we delete them on request.

9. Payments

The App is currently free and no payments are processed. Paid plans may be introduced later through Google Play’s billing system. We will update this policy before that happens.

  • Delivering content and securing the service: our legitimate interests in providing the App and Website and keeping them safe.
  • Replying to support emails: to respond to your request.

11. International transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical request data may be processed outside your country.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@zerotoforex.com. We reply within 30 days.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

13. Age

The App and Website are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at children.

14. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the App or on the Website.
